Ethics Commision
The Ethics Commission is established in the IFSC Statutes, Article 14.5.
The Ethics Commission shall:
- Address issues of ethical nature that may lead to lead to conflicts on ethical issues referred to it by the Executive Board;
- Receive complaints and address cases regarding any infringement of the IFSC Code of Conduct;
- Conduct research on ethical practices and recommend further measures for the application and implementation within IFSC; and
- Advise on how to avoid or resolve perceived or existing conflicts of interests.
The composition and functioning of the Ethics Commission are described in the relevant Terms of Reference approved by the General Assembly.
