Led by President Artur Guni and Secretary General Denis Veliu, the ACF has joined World Climbing as the 104th member, and the 46th in Europe, and will represent Climbing in Albania.

The ACF was informed by World Climbing Secretary General Piero Rebaudengo of their successful application as a recognised National Federation and will continue to develop the sport in the country.

The inclusion will be ratified at the upcoming World Climbing General Assembly 2026 that will take place online next month. Following the ratification, the voting rights of the ACF will come into effect.
