VIBRAM JOINS WORLD CLIMBING AS OFFICIAL PARTNER FOR 2026

The global leader in high‑performance rubber soles will bring expertise, repair culture and fan engagement to four World Climbing Series events

World Climbing is pleased to announce a new partnership with Vibram for the 2026 season, with the collaboration set to be featured at four World Climbing Series events in Keqiao, China; Wujiang, China; Innsbruck, Austria; and Chongqing, China.

As the global leader in high‑performance rubber soles, Vibram will bring its expertise directly to athletes and fans through a dedicated on-site presence across the selected events.

ATHLETE SERVICE ON SITE

At each venue, a Vibram space will be installed within the event footprint, offering a specialised resoling service to athletes, delivered up to the team’s maximum operational capacity. By replacing worn-out soles, climbers can extend the life and performance of their shoes – an approach that supports long-term use and product quality.

Climbing shoes can be assessed on site to determine their suitability for resoling, based on condition and level of wear. In addition to the service, all athletes will have access to support and guidance from Vibram, providing the opportunity to experience the brand’s expertise first-hand.

FAN ACTIVATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT

In addition to the athlete-focused service, Vibram will also operate a dedicated space within the event exhibition area, open to all spectators. This area will showcase the brand’s products and technologies, while offering interactive activities and engagement opportunities designed to connect fans with the performance side of Climbing equipment.

LOOKING AHEAD

The partnership highlights a shared commitment between World Climbing and Vibram to innovation and to enhancing the experience of both athletes and spectators at international events. By combining technical expertise with on-site activation, Vibram’s presence will bring added value across the 2026 season, supporting athletes while offering fans new ways to engage with the sport and its equipment.
