Climbing her first World Climbing Series gold medal, Zélia Avezou was voted as your 'Athlete of the Week' in our Instagram poll.

Avezou topped the podium with an assured performance taking the win above two-time Olympic champion Janja Garnbret and Australia's Oce Mackenzie who was winning her second medal.  

Avezou took 58% of the vote ahead of Japan's Sorato Anraku with 24%, Mackenzie with 10% and China's first time finalist Xuanpu Bai who had 8%.
